No foreigners killed in hostage-release operation

According to preliminary reports, not a single foreign hostage was killed at the Dubrovka theater center, a spokesman for the Australian Embassy told correspondents here today.

The Russian Foreign Ministry's crisis-management center is busy collecting information about foreign hostages, RIA-NOVOSTI learned at the national Foreign Ministry.

None of the 10 Belarussian hostages was hurt, reports the Belarussian Embassy.

The Georgian Embassy has information on just one out of four Georgian citizens, who were taken hostage. Yelena Dzhmukhadze-Radina is alive, embassy officials noted.

An estimated 75 foreigners were taken hostage in Moscow.
