Little girl dies in sleep in kindergarten

A five-year-old girl died while sleeping in a municipal kindergarten of Samara.

Police officers assumed that the child suffered from a congenital heart defect.

According to the child's medical records, she was completely healthy. The girl was active and cheerful in the kindergarten that day. She went to sleep with other children during the daytime and never woke up. Having realized what had happened, caregivers took other children to a different group, so they could not see the dead girl.

The cause of death is yet to be established.
