British actress Emma Watson rebutted the rumors according to which she was seen as a candidate for the role of Anastacia Steele from the acclaimed erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey" by Erica James Leonard.
"Who here actually thinks I would do 50 Shades of Grey as a movie? Like really. For real. In real life," the actress tweeted. "Good. Well, that's sorted then," she later added.
The rumors of Watson's intention to play the female lead role in the upcoming film surfaced when hackers from Anonymous group hacked the server of Germany's Constantin Film Studios and published internal documents and emails written by top managers of the company, reports Fox News. One of the documents mentioned Watson in connection with the upcoming production.
