Data on Moscow terrorist act released by the Prosecutor's Office

Moscow Prosecutor's Office released a list of people died as a result of the hostage-taking terrorist act in the Theatre Center in Dubrovka on October 23, 2002. It's compiled according to the procedural documents based on identification of the victims.

According to the statement made by the Russian General Prosecutor's Office Information and Public Relations (DIPP) Department, which RIA Novosti received on Thursday, this mournful list includes the names of 128 people - 120 Russian citizens and 8 foreign nationals.

As it has been reported by various mass media sources, 5 hostages were shot dead by the terrorists. They were all Russians. The investigation of the circumstances of their deaths is under way at this point.

Four of the hostages could not have been identified for a long time and their names never previously appeared on the lists published by the health services.

The investigation of the hostage-taking terrorist act in the Theatre Center continues, reported the officials from the Russian General Prosecutor's Office DIPP.

The list of foreign nationals who fell victim of the terrorist act:

Bogacheva Ludmila Borisovna (Belarus), Burban Gennadi Markovich (Ukraine), Zhirova Natalia Vladimirovna (the Netherlands), Kochat Yevgeni Dmitrievich (Ukraine), Letyago Alexandra Nikolayevna (Kazakhstan), Predova-Uzunova Emily (Austria), Sandy Alan Bucker (USA), Yuftyaeva Natalia Alexandrovna (Ukraine).
