Michael Jackson's Two Oldest Kids Start School for First Time

Two of Michael Jackson's kids have reportedly been admitted in one of the most exclusive private schools in the US. Prince, 13-year-old and 12-year-old Paris started at The Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley on Wednesday, reports TMZ.

According to family sources, Prince wanted to go to Buckley to have 'a social experience'. Initially, Paris was reluctant but changed her mind in a big way. As for 8-year-old Blanket - he's still going to be home schooled. Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson feels he's too young to venture out, Oneindia says.

Among some of the Buckley School's famous graduates are Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Alyssa Milano and Matthew Perry. The school's website says it focuses on academic training, artistic expression, physical development and moral education, according to Daily Mail.

A family source said yesterday: "They are such bright kids. They have adjusted very well to the loss of their father and are definitely ready for this step. Prince wants to be a movie director and Paris wants to be an actress," The Sun reports.
