Whom Brittany Murphy Loved More?

Fallen star Brittany Murphy had a will at the time of her untimely death, according to a new report.

Brittany Murphy, was an American actress and singer. She starred in films such as Clueless, Girl, Interrupted, 8 Mile, Uptown Girls, Sin City, Happy Feet, and Riding in Cars with Boys. She also voiced Luanne Platter on the animated TV series King of the Hill.

Murphy executed it before meeting husband Simon Monjack, whom she married in 2007. 

The will leaves the 32-year-old’s estate to her mother, Sharon Murphy, sources told the gossip Web site.It was not immediately clear if the will had been amended after her marriage to include her screenwriter husband.

The day after his wife's shocking death, Monjack told reporters, "My world was destroyed."He said Sunday was just "a regular day." Murphy had been treated for laryngitis in the days before her death, but the condition didn't seem serious, Monjack said.

He attributed the illness to exhaustion following a grueling film schedule.

Notes written by an investigator from the Los Angeles County Coroner's office state that Murphy had a history of hypoglycemia and was hospitalized in April 2009 for low blood sugar while working on a film in Oregon.

The actress had also been complaining of shortness of breath and severe abdominal pain for seven to 10 days before she died, the site reported. The day she died, the actress reportedly went into the bathroom in her L.A. home around 7:30 a.m. and shut the door.

According to the Coronor's office notes, Murphy's mother called 911 and Monjack "attempted to revive the decedent by placing her in the shower and running the water ... The decedent remained unresponsive and purged her stomach contents prior to the arrival of the paramedics."

The actress was "without signs of life" by the time paramedics arrived. The L.A. County Coroner's office later reported finding a large amount of prescription drugs in Murphy's home.

Some were reportedly prescribed to Murphy, and others to Monjack and her mother.

The drugs found reportedly included: Topamax (an anti-seizure med that also prevents migraines), Methylprednisolone (anti-inflammatory), Fluoxetine (depression med), Klonopin (anxiety med), Carbamazepinean (treats Diabetic symptoms, as well as bipolar med) Ativan (anxiety med), Vicoprofen (pain reliever), Propranolol (for hypertension, used to prevent heart attacks), Biaxin (antibiotic), Hydrocodone (pain med) and miscellaneous vitamins.

Many of the bottles were reportedly found empty, reported by the New York News and World Report.
