Forget counting carbs and calories. &to=http://english.pravda.ru/printed.html?news_id=14392' target=_blank>Obesity researcher Dr. David Katz says the way to lose weight is to limit flavors.

Katz, director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center, says people stop eating when the brain's appetite center registers "full."
