Britney Spears tops Mr. Blackwell's 'Worst Dressed' list
Singer &to=http://english.pravda.ru/main/18/90/361/16073_Britney.html' target=_blank>Britney Spears snagged the top spot Tuesday in Mr. Blackwell's 46th annual "Worst Dressed" list for wearing clothes that he said made her look like an "over-the-hill Lolita."
The pop star beat out bohemian teen tycoon Mary-Kate Olsen.
Blackwell called Olsen's clothes "bag lady rags" and "depressingly decayed."
Other offenders on Blackwell's list of fashion flops included Eva Langoria, Jessica Simpson, Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Renee Zellweger.
