Rolling Stones radio station on air

In the midst of a promotion for a tour and a new studio album, the Rolling Stones are the focus of a new, all-Stones, all-the-time channel of Sirius Satellite Radio.

Rolling Stones Radio, on the subscription network's channel 99, features previews of the band's latest studio album, "A Bigger Bang," to be released Sept. 6. Sirius says Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and other band members will have a hand in assembling the content for the broadcasts. The U.S. leg of the Stones' mega world tour has already begun.

Sirius, one of two satellite networks along with XM, has signed Howard Stern to its roster for next year, the AZCentral.com.
