3 thousand Santa Clauses take to streets of Nizhny Novgorod today

Three thousand Santa Clauses and Russian snow maidens and other New Year's heroes take to the streets of Nizhny Novgorod today in a special pre-New Year's day Santa Claus festival.

Festival participants will meet at Gorky square, where a parade begins to Ploshchad Minina. The parade will include decorated automobiles and a marching band of Santa Clauses. The festival will also include a competition for the best Santa Clause and a concert. The festival concludes with a fireworks show. Seti-NN broadcasting company and the colleagues for the development of Nizhny Novgorod as the capital of the Privolzhsky District are organizing the event.
