Two young women-students of the Krasnoyarsk Chess School are European champions. Maria Fominykh took first place in classical chess, and Varvara Kirillova in speed chess, Rosbalt was told today at the district chess club. The young Siberians took the two golds in the European championship for girls under 16, held in Budva, Montenegro. More than 400 competitors from nearly 30 countries took part.
