Eggs are potential carriers of infection and bacteria, that’s why they require special treatment while preparing for Easter.

Eggs have earned a bad name in connection with their contents – high cholesterol levels, potential presence of salmonella enteridtidis bacteria. That’s why the first step to make eggs consuming safe is to store and cook them properly.

When it comes to decoration, preparing eggs for Easter, the next step is to use only food-grade dye. Once decorated they should be stored in refrigerator otherwise they can be unsafe to eat.

If you plan to organize hunting it’s better to use plastic eggs in order to keep edible eggs from any contact with bacteria.
