The all-Russia public movement "For the Rights of Man" reported that Mikhail Trepashin was sent to Ekaterinburg. According to Trepashkin, he was taken to Ekaterinburg in a "state" car, and according to the conversation of those in the car with him, he understood that they were from Special Services.

On September 22nd, Trepashkin’s defense attorney, Yelena Liptser. and "For the Rights of Man" appealed to the management of Colony FGU- UK -13, the administration of the Federal Service of the Enforcement of Sentences (UFSIN) and the Procuratorship of the Sverdlovsk Region not to place Trepashkin into isolation (SHIZO).

Trepashkin, who served a sentence in the UK -13 colony from July 27th to August 30th, 2005, was illegally placed in isolation for 13 days after his arrival at that time.
