Khodorkovsky, Lebedev found guilty on all counts, except controversial privatization of Apatit

Moscow's Meshchansky court has found Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the former Yukos chief executive, and Platon Lebedev, the head of the Menatep group, guilty on all charges, except the controversial denationalization of the Apatit fertilizer plant, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the courtroom. The court did not mention the obscure acquisition of 20% of Apatit shares in the fact presentation.

According to the defendants' lawyers, this charge will be dropped, as the limitation period has expired.
