Last Satan was destroyed today
The last RS-20 "Voyevoda" (aka SS-18 Satan) missile was dismantled today. The reduction and limitation of strategic offensive arms treaty (START-1) between USSR and USA was signd on July 31 1991.
Since 2002 the number of the intercontinental ballistic missiles (R-36) has decreased from 150 (1500 warheads – 10 on each) to 85 (850 warheads).
