Russian Prime Minister did not offer his resignation

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov did not offer his resignation, Denis Molchanov, the head of the mass media, culture and education department of the Russian government, told journalists.

"I refuse to comment on the rumors but the information about the Prime Minister's resignation are nonsense. He did not offer his resignation," Molchlanov said.
