Transneft to pump more oil in 2005

Transneft is planning to pump 476m tons of oil through its system in 2005, including 260m tons in exports and 216m tons to Russian plants. The volume of Transneft's total pumping will gain 16 percent in 2005, Semyon Vainshtok, the President of the company, declared at yesterday's meeting with the heads of Russian oil companies. In particular, top officials from TNK-BP, Rosneft, Slavneft, Surgutneftegas, Sibneft took part in the meeting.
