Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov did not exclude the possibility of adjusting the amount of funds allocated from the 2005 budget for strengthening Russia's security. Expenses on law enforcement activities and security have been "substantially increased" in a 2005 budget draft, Zhukov declared at a round table meeting in the Higher School of Economics. At the same time, Zhukov refused to announce financing sources having said, "it is too early to speak about it." The Stabilization Fund has not been considered as a possible source of financing, the Deputy Prime Minister underlined.
