Putin orders to confer title of Russia's hero on Akhmad Kadyrov

Vladimir Putin has signed an order to posthumously confer the title of the Hero of the Russian Federation on Chechen President Akhmad Kadyrov "for his courage and heroism displayed in the revival of the Chechen Republic and fight counter-terrorism".

Taking into account Kadyrov's outstanding contribution into Chechnya's revival and fight against terrorism, the Russian President also ordered to eternize his memory.
