RAO UES directors to consider energy sector restructuring in August

The Board of Directors of RAO UES is planning to discuss the issue of establishing wholesale energy generating companies this August, Vasily Zubakin, a member of the RAO UES executive board, declared at an investment forum of regional development in Krasnoyarsk.

As reported earlier, the issue concerning mechanisms of holding auctions on wholesale energy generating companies is planned to be considered in late April by the Board of Directors.
