LUKoil to sell some of its assets

LUKoil will sell its oil and gas assets in the Komi Republic, the Nenets Autonomous Area and the Perm region. According to the company's press service, this decision was made at a meeting of the company's executive board. Among the assets put up for tender are some assets of the following LUKoil subsidiaries: LUKoil-Komi, UralOil and Arktikneft.

The terms and conditions of the tender, the date and the registration period will be announced later.

A decision to sell these assets was made within the framework of the company's development program through 2013.
