Foreign Ministry warns Russian citizens against visiting Iraq

Due to the fact that the situation in Iraq has substantially worsened, the Russian Foreign Ministry strongly recommends that Russian citizens should refrain from visiting this country. The information and press department of the Foreign Ministry made a corresponding statement today. In addition, Moscow is considering the possibility of evacuating all Russian citizens from Iraq by means of airplanes of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, Rossiya (Russia) television reported.
