In connection with the expansion of NATO in Europe an uncontrollable weapons zone will develop, from the point of view of an agreement on limiting standard weapons in Europe, said Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Chizhov yesterday. He added that with the inclusion of the Baltic States into NATO, the zone would come close to the Russian border. 'Now we will have to deal with a new round of NATO expansion,' said Chizhov.
