Gazprom to complete purchase of stake in Lietuvos dujos on March 20
On March 20 Gazprom is going to accomplish a deal on buying a 34-percent stake in the Lithuanian company Lietuvos dujos, Gazprom deputy CEO Alexander Ryazanov declared at a news conference. He noted that the Lithuanian company would make an additional issue of shares in the near future.
As reported earlier, an agreement on selling a 34-pecent stake in the Lithuanian gas company to Gazprom was signed in January 2004. The deal amounted to $36.8m.
