Duma official comments on Bush's address to nation

In his state of the union address, US President George W. Bush did not say a word about Russia and relations between the two countries, Konstantin Kosachyov, the head of the State Duma International Affairs Committee, declared. According to him, "this was a considerable drawback" of the US president's address.

Moreover, given Bush's statements, it has become clear that the USA relies only on its own resources in solving world problems such as international terrorism. "The sooner all countries are engaged in the fight against terrorism, the more efficient this fight will be; however, unfortunately I did not hear that in Bush's address," the deputy said.
