Russian GDP rose by 7% in 2003. As a Rosbalt correspondent reports, this was announced yesterday by Russian Minister for Economic Growth and Trade German Gref. He said that this is a provisional figure agreed upon by the ministry and the Russian state committee for statistics. 'The exact figure will become known over the coming weeks although it will be within one or two tenths of our provisional figure,' the minister stressed.
