Another suicide bomber in Moscow?

Moscow police authorities are looking for a Caucasian woman in the North-West region of Moscow, who probably intended to commit a terrorist act. According to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, information about a woman of possible Chechen nationality has been reported by security personnel of “Parisian” restaurant, informs RBC. The restaurant is located in Moscow, on Leningradsky prospect №31. According to the security guards, a woman with a black purse attempted to enter the restaurant. She seemed rather suspicious to the guards. She was asked to open her purse. Instead, the woman rapidly turned around and ran away. Currently, the case is under investigation. A special plan “Vulcan-5” has been initiated. Moscow law enforcement services already possess some valuable information regarding the suspect. The Ministry is almost certain of another terrorist attempt. According to some sources, the woman resembled an accomplice from the recent explosion by "National hotel. Later, however, it has been determined that present terrorist attempt has nothing in common with the previous explosion.

Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has also refuted the fact that the woman suspect had been involved in a disaster by “National” hotel. “The woman attempting to enter ‘Parisian’ differs from the one involved in the recent terrorist act by ‘National’ hotel in downtown Moscow. There are minimum two parameters that differentiate the two: height and age,” reported the Ministry’s official representative Kirill Mazurin in his interview to RIA “Novosti.” According to him, the case is under investigation. It has been already a week since the explosion at the heart of Moscow. Russian law enforcement, however, are still unable to identify a woman’s body who blew herself up. Investigators identified five victims of the terrorist act. Their bodies have been transferred to their families for burial. There were two Moskovites and three Russian citizens among the victims. Currently, eight people still remain in a hospital. One of them is in critical condition.
