Vladimir Putin: Terrorists want to cause breakup of Russian Federation

Russian President Vladimir Putin has condemned the terrorist attack in Moscow today. According to the president's press office, Mr Putin stressed that the Russian constitution, which will soon celebrate its tenth anniversary, has become the foundation of a market economy, democracy and national growth and it protects the country's territorial integrity. The acts of terrorists and criminals are aimed at dismantling this, the president said.
