BDO UniconRuf to audit Russian Central Bank

The company BDO UniconRuf and the Russian Central Bank have signed an agreement on conducting the auditing of consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements of the Russian Central Bank for 2002 calculated in accordance with the International Accounting Standards. The company will audit materials that are not the subject of the law on state secrets, the press service of BDO UniconRuf reported. The company obtained the right to audit the Central Bank's 2002 report after winning a corresponding tender conducted by the Russian Central Bank. In addition to its employees, BDO UniconRuf will attract international experts and specialists of members of BDO International.

The revenues of BDO UniconRuf from auditing and consulting services were 735m rubles ($24m) in 2002.
