The commission, consisting of tax and financial specialists, starts working on Friday in the republican election commission, RIA Novosti was told by chairman of the election commission Abdul-Kerim Arsakhanov.
According to him, the commission will check the banking receipts by the election funds of the candidates to the post of the Chechen president.
In accordance with the republican law on the elections, the fund of a candidate must not top 30 million roubles (about one million dollars). There are limits to the sums which are transferred to the special accounts of the contenders by natural persons and legal entities. Some organisations are not allowed to support materially their candidates - for instance, budgetary state bodies and structures the share of foreign participation in which is more than 30 percent.
"We must very thoroughly check the account of all the candidates to be sure that they are pure," underscored the chairman of the election commission.
On Friday, the working group, consisting of representatives of the election commission of Chechnya, experts and graphologists from the republican Interior Ministry, will continue checking the authenticity of the signatures of the electors collected by the candidates to the presidential post.
On September 5, the candidates can officially start their propaganda campaign.
