Russian ice-cream giant's owners changed

Russian General Bank and NIKoil have purchased a controlling stake in the Russian largest ice-cream producer Ice-Fili, a source in the Russian General Bank reported. The deal was concluded on June 10, 2003. From that date, the company's main shareholders are the Moscow government (15 percent), Russian General Bank (26 percent), NIKoil (26 percent) and GUTA group's affiliates (30 percent).

Ice-Fili produces 170 types of ice cream. Twenty percent of the company's products are sold in Moscow, the rest is distributed all over Russia.
