Su-27 and MiG-29 planes will not fly to France

Forty-five Russian enterprises will take part in the international air show in Le Bourget.

As deputy director of the leading export association Rosoboronexport Ivan Goncharenko said, "in accordance with the instructions of the Russian government, Rosoboronexport is the organiser of the Russian exposition and represents forty-five enterprises and organisations of the Russian defence and industrial complex." In Le Bourget, about 300 pieces of the aviation military technology and munitions will be shown, including Yak-130 trainer plane, and Yak-52 and Yak-54 training sports planes (civil). Their demonstration flights have been planned.

At the same time, Su-27 and MiG-29 planes will not fly to France. As was underscored by Ivan Goncharenko, this is due to the lawsuits filed by the Noga firm against Russia. "The French court has not yet passed a final decision. Why should we risk?" he noted.

Ivan Goncharenko said that the combat Su-27 and MiG-29 planes have the elements, which constitute a state and commercial secret. "We cannot allow these planes to be, even for some time, under the authority of any firm or bailiffs," he underscored.

The 45th International Airshow will be held in the Paris suburb of Le Bourget from June 15 to 22.
