TNK and BP to announce two projects in Siberia
The TNK-BP holding, comprising the assets of Russian oil major Tyumen Oil Company (TNK) and the Russian assets of international oil major BP, plans to announce two Siberia-based joint projects with foreign companies in a few months, TNK Senior Vice President Yosif Bakaleinik announced at Renaissance Capital's Annual Equity Conference in Moscow yesterday. He said all talks on the deals were over and they would be announced after the deal to create the TNK-BP holding was finalized by June 2003, the Russia Journal reported.
