Mosenergo shareholders approve 2002 dividends

Mosenergo will pay dividends for 2002 at RUR0.01837 per share. This decision has been adopted at an annual shareholders' meeting in Moscow today. The 2001 dividends were RUR0.001831 per share. The total sum of dividends to be paid for 2002 amounts to 519.278m rubles ($16.75m).

Mosenergo's charter capital divided into 28.268bn common shares with RUR1 par value. The company's main stockholders are RAO UES (50.87 percent) and the Moscow state and municipal property department (2.95 percent).
