In honour of St. Petersburg's 300th birthday, the city of Pushkin plans to make a 300 meter-long pancake, said a spokesperson for Darya company on May 22. Daryais organizing the event. The company produces 100 different products including ravioli, varenik, pancakes, cutlets and other fast-food products with different natural fillings. The company owns 23% of the ravioli market in St. Petersburg and 29% in Moscow. In 2003 'Darya plans to have total sales of USD 60 million and produce 30 thousand tonnes of products. In 2002 total sales at Darya increased by 45% to USD 48 million and the company produces 24 thousand tonnes of products.
