Russia receives SARS control model

Russia has received a control model for the SARS virus. The Government Sanitary and Epidemology Inspectorate told Rosbalt that they received the model from Germany and that it is currently located in the Health Ministry's state science center for virology and biotechnology 'vector.'

One patient, on the suspicion of having the SIRS virus, has been registered in Russia to date in the city of Blagoveshchensk. Now Russian physicians will have the chance to confirm or reject the diagnosis.
