Infrared Cameras to Come to Moscow in Battle with SARS Virus

Infrared cameras, which will measure the body temperature of people within a distance of 50 meters, will soon come to Moscow, according to the Moscow city government's information center. The planned camera at the present time can measure instantly body temperature with to a small fraction of a degree. Moreover, the infrared cameras could be used for prophylactics to prevent the distribution of the SARS virus. In the future, similar devices could be installed at railroad stations and airports in Moscow for controlling the condition of the health of people arriving in Moscow.
