South African Foreign Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma will bring to Moscow a personal message of President Tabo Mbeki to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, South African Ambassador to Moscow Mochubela Jacob Seekoe said.
According to the Ambassador, the South African foreign minister will arrive in Moscow on July 18. On Friday he is scheduled to meet with his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov.
They will discuss bilateral relations and the issue of the new all-Africa organisation - the African Union, which was recently proclaimed in Durban, and the strategy of the New Partnership for African Development (NEPAD).
In addition, the Russian and South African foreign ministers are to consider several regional and international issues, the Ambassador said.
Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma will leave Moscow for St. Petersburg and stay there till July 21. After that, the South African foreign minister will head for Frankfurt.
