Man suspected of Baltiisk poster explosions detained

This time Russian law enforcement authorities were more efficient than usual. Press-service of the Kaliningrad regional department for internal affairs announced, a young man who had allegedly mined a poster with abusing writing on it, was detained.

The poster with abusing words detonated yesterday, a 50-year-old man walking his dog was killed by the explosion, and a woman standing by his side was seriously wounded. The detained man is 23, his connection with this accident and other crimes is being estimated now.

The explosion in the city of Baltiisk, the Kaliningrad region, was the fifth over past two weeks accident when posters with abusing writing detonated in Russia. Press-service of the Ministry for Internal Affairs asks the people not to touch posters with anti-Semitic and abusing writing. Russian police insists that only specialists should deal with such posters.
