Arbitration Court to discuss bankruptcy of Vnukovo Airlines

The Moscow Arbitration Court is to discuss the case of bankruptcy of Vnukovo Airlines today, a source in the court reported to RBC. The court appointed Andrey Pirogov the receiver of the company. The bankruptcy move was made by the creditors of Vnukovo Airlines.

As a source in the court reported to RBC, the company's debt to the appellants is about RUR100m (about $3.19m). The hearings took place in private. Previously, two other lawsuits on bankruptcy of Vnukovo Airlines were considered by the Moscow Arbitration Court. However, the proceedings were stopped due to cancellation of the applications.
