MNVK ready to restart broadcasting on channel 6

Moscow Independent Broadcasting Corporation (MNVK) received a bailiff's decree, according to which MNVK should restart broadcasting on the channel 6 in the next three months, deputy general director of MNVK Pavel Chernovalov declared today. The document that the company received today stipulates the illegal use of the channel 6 frequency resources must be abolished and MNVK should restart its broadcasting in the next three months. "We will execute this decision and will start broadcasting in time", Chernovalov pointed out.

As it was earlier reported on May 17, 2002 the Khimki city court satisfied a suite on recognizing the cancellation of TV-6 broadcasting as illegal and ordered MNVK, TV-6's founder, to reestablish broadcasting on the channel 6 in the next three months.
