Wintershall Company has declared that its application for the purchase of two thirds of the south German gas company Gasversorgung Sueddeutschland shares was rejected by the organizers of the tender. After refusal of American Duke Energy Corp. to participate in the tender, the only applicant is German company EnBW. The price of the firm is estimated approximately of 800 million euro.
