TNK International Net Profit Decrease 25.8%

TNK International net profit has decreased on 25.8 % down to $1.21 billion. Short-term credits and loans of TNK International for the end of 2001 have made $1.7 billion, having decreased for one year on 6.5 %. Long-term credits have fallen down to $1.1 billion TNK International Ltd is the holding company with the authorized capital of $50 thousand, registered in September, 2001 on the British Virgin islands. 100 % of the company belongs to offshore TNK Industrial Holdings Ltd owned by "Alpha-Group" and Access/Renova. Company shares are made of 97.1 % of TNK-Tyumen, 90 % of "ONAKO ". It owns also 29 % of RUSIA Petroleum and 88.5 % of the Ukrainian " LINOS ".
