Rhurgas And EOE Expands In Lithuania

A Ruhrgas and E.On Energie delegation has approved the agreement of the purchase of thirty four percent of the Lithuanian gas company Lietuvos Dujos. From the Lithuanian side the document was paragraphed by representatives of Fund of a state ownership. It is expected that the document will be signed and finalised on Friday. The alliance of the German companies has offered 116 million lit ($29 million) for the outstanding shares. In June it was planned to declare competition on sale of the second share holding, also at a rate of 34%, but this time to the gas suppliers.
