Yuri Sukhanov elected Slavneft president

Yuri Sukhanov has been elected president of the Slavneft Russian-Belarussian oil-and-gas company. Such a decision was made Monday at the extraordinary assembly of Slavneft shareholders. The Russian Property Management Ministry, the owner of 55.27 percent of Slavneft shares, was the initiator of early termination of powers of former president of the company Mikhail Gutseriyev.
