Investment Climate Better in St. Petersburg than in Moscow

The inflow of investments in construction market in Moscow exceeds that in St. Petersburg. This despite the fact that investment climate in the Northern Capital is more favourable. The opinion belongs to Frank-Michael Adam, Certified Consultant of the Adam Bauservice international engineering bureau. Mr. Adam believes there is more potential to construction market in St. Petersburg and lacking is just enough initiative on the part of the city administration. He also notices that in St. Petersburg investors face no legislative obstacles.
