The week ends in a tragic way

It looks like there is a kind of bad tradition: practically in all ends of the world, something extraordinary happens Thursday or Friday. Yesterday, in New York, at about 11.30 (local time) a part of an 8-storey building collapsed in Manhattan. More than 50 people were injured, three of them are in a very bad condition. According to preliminary information, that was not a terrorist act. Though, the investigation must find out, what actually has caused the tragedy. While in Pakistan, explosions resound. This time, the accident took place in the city of Bhakkar, where several thousands Shiite Muslims gathered in a mosque. As a result, 11 people died: 9 women and 2 children. There is no information about the organizer of the terrorist act. Though, local citizens state the explosion is the result of opposition between Shiites and Sunnites. And, finally, in Georgia a heavy earthquake took place. The power of the jerk was 5.5 numbers. Several living houses were damaged in the city of Tbilisi, some easy damage were caused to energy supply and communication systems. According to Emergency Department of Georgia, that were mainly old buildings that were ruined, many houses got cracks. In some districts of Georgian capital, power supply and telephone communication were interrupted. In some places, trees were fell. Four people died, several dozens are injured. President Putin phoned his Georgian colleague Eduard Shevardnadze and proposed any assistance Georgia needs. According to the scientists, this was the most heavy earthquake within several last years. Hopefully, one more tragedy will not happen in the nearest future. We have it enough.
