Finance ministers from the so-called European Union Troika are expected in Moscow before the May 17 Russia-EU summit. According to the Russian office of the European Commission, the delegation, which comprises Swedish Finance Minister Bo Ringholm, Belgian Finance Minister Didier Reynders and EC Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs Pedro Solbes, arrives in Moscow on Friday, May 11 to negotiate with the Russian government. The delegation is expected to meet with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov, Vice Premier and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Gherman Gref, and Chairman of the State Duma Budget and Finance Committee Alexander Zhukov.
