Ilya Klebanov Declared That Comments On Usa Denouncing ABM Treaty Are Premature

Ilya Klebanov, vice-premier of Russian Government, expressed the view that it would be premature to comment on the declaration by George Bush, USA President, that USA would abrogate the ABM treaty of 1972. Ilya Klebanov is responsible for the military-industrial complex in the Cabinet of Ministers. On Monday, the vice-premier said before the journalists in the House of Russian Government: "The format of the US withdrawal from the ABM treaty is not ultimately clear".
