President Of Russia Forms State Commission On Chemical Disarmament

By his decree President Putin of Russia has formed a State Commission on Chemical Disarmament. The presidential press-service reported on Friday that according to its statute, the state commission shall "ensure inter-action between the federal bodies of executive power, the bodies of executive power of members of the Russian Federation and the local self-government bodies in carrying out the state policy in the sphere of chemical disarmament."
